One day in 2010 while visiting a friend in Cuenca, Ecuador, I thought about how much fun it would be to go on a tasting spree of the city’s most authentic foods. My next thought was, “Why don’t I do that for people at home?”
From that idea sprung Fischbach Food Tour!
As native New Yorkers and foodies, my family and I are passionate about the eateries that make out city so memorable. Much of our conversations are dominated by discussing who has the best slice of pizza, cannoli, or matzoh ball soup from Bronx to Staten Island!
