Bidding Stations
iBid’s unique interactive touchscreen bidding stations, placed strategically around a venue, offer a second option for guests to learn more about auction items, and to place bids and pledges. Touchscreen bidding stations are perfect for pre-dinner drinks to start off the fundraising at large events, informal fundraising events and sporting events, where it may not be possible to give tablets to guests.

We are able to support charities that need help sourcing the items for their live or silent auctions.
All the items we provide have reserve prices, but everything made over that goes directly to the charity and depending on the number of items requested, we will discount the use of using the interactive technology.
Text Bidding
iBid also offers a text bidding platform which is ideal for more social events that may not include sit down dinners.Guests are able to place bids by registering on their phone, then texting the lot item code and their bid amount to a unique number. Updated in real time, we can also link text bidding to a bespoke auction website, allowing those not at an event to compete in the auctions. This method allows clients to substantially increase their audience which can have a dramatic impact on funds raised.
Quiz
iBid’s quizzes provide clients with more options to raise money during an event. They are flexible and can cater for a number of different formats. Examples include:
- Most correct answers
- Most correct answers in the fastest time
- Various joker rounds
- Team games (such as per table)
Screens automatically display the individual / team winning scores at the end of each round.
Voting
