There are 45 yachts in the fleet, ideal for groups of 20 to 1,200. Guests dine - dance - sightsee - celebrate their way down the Hudson Harbor. CORPORATE events include client entertainment, employee recognition, team-building and morale-boosting, networking and trade shows. We do a lot of referral work with hotels whose corporate clients sail on the ships after a day of meetings. SOCIAL events include weddings, mitzvahs, reunions, birthday & anniversary parties. The Garden Vista Building was originally opened in 1922 as the home of the Passaic Elks Lodge.
