I approach my work with empathy and compassion for my clients and I believe in the value of the service I provide. Too often I see the deleterious effects of clients using online will sevices without the benefit of an attorney. I wish to ameliorate these issues and prevent future suffering by providing experience-based guidance to my clients in hard times.
I employ two paralegals who help me prepare documents and attend signing meetings. At these meetings, I explain to my clients compassionately and carefully the various documents that they are about to sign and the importance of each one. At these meetings, clients sign trusts, wills, including pour-over wills, deed documents including seller's residency documents and affidavits of consideration, and living wills.
I take my work very seriously an I am sure to scan these documents upon signing to be in full compliance with New Jersey State Law and Court Procedure.
Further, I draft Medicaid asset protection trusts, which are of particular importance in a climate where Medicaid is not guaranteed to be as robust as it once was. I understand fully how my clients rely on Medicaid and thus I am sure to triple-check the Medicaid asset protection trusts I draft to elimate any problems for my clients.
When dealing with will especially,l I am quite aware that circumstances may be contentious or even heartbreaking with my clients. I strive to show empathy and compassion in these sensitive situations and I expect and instill these values in my paralegals.
