Our vision is to create a dementia-friendly New Jersey. Our mission is to raise awareness and educate our communities about Alzheimer's disease, prevention, and early detection. Our goal is to offer programs and services that support those living with dementia and their caregivers. To provide cognitive assessments, crisis-management, long term care planning, education, resources and advocacy to improve their quality of life.
