Presenters:

Patrick J. McNamara - discussing the impact of the Executive Orders issued by the Governor and actions by other State government agencies, property tax and land use issues

William Sullivan - discussing the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission's response, and actions taken by the NJDEP to assist on permitting needed for reconstruction

John M. Scagnelli - discussing the impact of Hurricane Sandy on environmental cleanups in New Jersey

Charles Yuen - Business Interruption Insurance and dealing with insurance claims

Representatives from the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission will be there to answer questions about permitting.
