Lion Brand yarns have been on the market since 1878. The company is family-owned and operated and produces some of the most popular yarns on the market. For the past 9 years, the company’s headquarters have been here in Carlstadt. In 2011, the company opened the Lion Brand Outlet at 140 Kero Road, directly across from its corporate headquarters. The Outlet is a unique destination for yarn lovers, offering discount prices on yarn, exclusive finds and an extraordinary experience, where visitors find yarn art, computers to search for patterns, historical displays about the business, and a comfortable lounge for yarn crafting. The Outlet also offers up its space for group functions.
